Wonderful experience! The check in team is kind, courteous, sincere, and helpful. The room we stayed in was well appointed, impeccably clean, and comfortable. They take a great deal of pride in customer interactions and also quality. The linens, toiletries, and service are all excellent. You very much get the impression that the guys at the front desk not only treat guests with a great deal of kindness and respect, but anyone they may encounter. Just really good people all around. The cherry hand pies are fantastic too!

Alyssa was my bartender and she was absolutely the best! From the moment we sat down she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She had great energy, made awesome drinks, and really added to the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you get Alyssa as your bartender, you’re in great hands. We’ll definitely be back!

Was there for a wedding. Nice space! Great food. The service was a little odd. My husband and I got to my friends‘s wedding late. When we arrive, we were a little overwhelmed because of our late arrival so we asked the staff on site if we were in the right building and if the wedding we were at was for Angel and Mitchell. The staff did not know whose wedding it was or what their names were. Eventually, they were able to get a manager to come over to help us, but we stood around for like 10 minutes awkwardly. Not sure if we were able to enter the reception hall and find a place to sit for dinner. However, the rest of the night was great no problems! It was a really fun time. Amazing food, amazing drinks and a great space!

Exceptional service, above and beyond. Lovely unique, romantic rooms with every modern convenience. We attended a wedding here and the venue was gorgeous, upscale and welcoming. Food was incredible. The coffee shop was worth going to just for the home baked yummies, wide range of coffees and teas and also a fantastic menu. The coffee shop, as well as the Inn, had truly some of the nicest employees you'd ever want to meet.

Came and stayed for an on-site evening wedding. Room was uniquely laid out and quite home. Wedding venue maximized its space, and the staff was well orchestrated during all phases of the event. Morning cafe service and breakfast sandwiches were better than anticipated. Overall, a very enjoyable 20 hour visit.

This was not my first visit to Leola Village. I have stayed here multiple times, and each time has been wonderful. The food here is delicious. The pastry team is absolutely world class from the pastries in the cafe to the bread and deserts in the restaurant. The staff is something from the ages where world class guest service was common and expected. From Deborah in the Cafe to Lisa, Gavin, Alejandro and Leah in the restaurant and Christian, Carlos and Matt at the front desk. The guest service will be a pleasant surprise if you frequent chain hotels. The rooms are warm and luxurious and most have comfortable sitting areas. The garden walk is my favorite, but the spa offerings are a close 2nd. I love the local surrounding community as the farm stands; quilt shops furniture stores are plentiful. If you need a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life do yourself a favor and book a stay via the hotel website (best prices with available packages and add ons). Also, make sure you request your reservations for the restaurant and the spa in advance...they do book very quickly.

Oh my goodness... amazing. Feels remote and romantic, upscale and relaxing. We celebrated 15 years of marriage sitting alongside a young couple having their rehearsal dinner for their wedding. The food! The people! The rooms! The atmosphere! The spa! Amazing place.

I cannot express how INCREDIBLE our wedding at Leola was. We worked with Gianna and Stephanie, and they are goddesses in human form. They are detail oriented, amazing at their jobs, and know exactly how to keep neurotic brides like myself calm, while still listening to your needs and keeping you up to date. We worked with Stephanie all through the process and she responded to all of my (often random and weirdly timed) emails with grace and helpful answers. We started working more closely with Gianna later in the process, and we worked with them day of our wedding. Really and truly, they made the day better than our wildest dreams. It was SO well planned, smooth, stress free, and beautiful. If you are like us, and didn't want to go to a whole bunch of exhausting experiences looking for lodging and a reception space and a caterer and a florist, then Leola is the spot for you. It's a one-stop-shop that looks one of a kind. They even has a spa and salon! We all got our makeup done there and we looked GORGEOUS. And shout out to Mike, the banquet manager! The food was delicious and everyone loved it, and they were super aware and sensitive to all allergies. They were also so understanding and supportive of sobriety, and made sure my husband had cider in his toasting flute! Truly the whole thing is an elevated experience in a beautiful spot. They even give you a room for free the night of your wedding! I would get married there every day forever for the rest of my life if I could.
